Hi, I’m Vicki Picton, founder of Veritas Financial Group, based in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire.
I’ve worked in financial services since early 2022, following years in estate agency and as a property consultant for a modern auction house. That experience gave me a clear, well-rounded view of the property industry — and ultimately led me to become a mortgage advisor.
Back then, I was often arranging appointments for other advisers. But I knew I could help clients directly — not just with finding a mortgage, but with the full picture.
I hold the CeMAP qualification, which means I’m certified to give mortgage and protection advice — but what truly sets me apart is my personal experience.

This award reflects the incredible impact Vicki has made through her dedication, professionalism, and outstanding work in supporting her clients.

This German Shepherd is always by her side during Teams calls, quietly keeping watch (or occasionally stealing the spotlight).
His hobbies include treat negotiations, tail wags, barking with the neighbours dog and giving Vicki a high five when we secure a great deal for our clients.
